state power?

Just now our blockadecamp in front of the groundwater manipulation was taken down by multiple groups of hundreds of the police, although it has a legal status under assembly law as a picket. You can see live-video streams here: www.cams21.de.
What looks quiet peaceful, also because of the mere mass of policemen, is unresembled structural violence and let us ask once again: Who has the power over our environment and our future?

The new elected government obviously not: the legal report by the ministry of environment of the unlawfulness of the continued destruction because of the doubled amount of extracted groundwater by german railways, as well as the advices of the ministry of transport and the prime minister are being ignored.

The citizens, who since more than a year going to the streets by thousands to throw light on the malfunctioning of the new trainstation, the missing freedom of barriers for disabled, elder people and families, the risks for the groundwater and mineralsources and the savings on the security concept, are being ignored as well.

The new democratic element of "transparent" arbitration, has hardly effects due to missing consequences in transparency and cooperation.

Conclusion: Despite all of this "democratic" mechanisms, we are once again forced to accept the destruction of our environment and livelihoods. Here, as well as from Brasil, where environmentalists trying to save the forests from a megadam have been murdered again in the last weeks with no legal consequence, over Ireland where Shell is for a decade using massive violence to construct a rawgaspipe through natural conserved areas and settlements, to indonesia, where people, who create an international public for the crimes happening, just disappear. Our only advantage is the potential technological transparency that we have - without consequences it is toothless. The main principle of using force and prosecution against human beings for destruction is the same.

I ask: How do we want to stop it?
